This is a day late as my "health" week goes from Monday to Sunday, but here goes.
I met my exercise/well-being goals – 1 strength workout, 1 cardio workout, and 1 circuit workout. 2 sessions of flow yoga.
I did eat out more than once, but the one extra time was lunch with coworkers on Sunday at Jason's Deli, and I made a very healthy salad for myself so that's not so bad. The spirit of the goal was to cook more, and I did that. I made Tuscan Ribollita (white bean and kale soup) and Chicken and Turkey Sausage Gumbo in the crockpot, and we ate off of those all week.
And what was the result of all this hard work?
I lost 2.2 lbs!
