17. We Are All Welcome Here – Elizabeth Berg – This was a good story of strong women dealing with adversity until the end, which was too tidy and unrealistic for me. I'll have to read more of her novels because she has a good writing style, but this one left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
18. The Mystery of the Third Lucretia – Susan Runholt – This is a youth mystery that I read for professional development. It was OK as far as youth mysteries go. I'm trying to find a good author to suggest when girls love Nancy Drew and want more books like them.
